- Inside Dhaka, delivery usually may take 1–5 working days after order confirmation, depending on availability and courier schedule.
- Outside Dhaka or remote areas, delivery usually may take 2–10 working days after order confirmation, depending on courier coverage.
- Pre-order, imported-on-demand, low-stock, or special sourcing products may require longer delivery time and will be communicated separately.
- Customers must provide accurate address and reachable phone number. Failed delivery due to wrong address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability may require additional delivery charge.
- Delivery charge is non-refundable unless refund is approved due to HealthRootBD’s fault, wrong product, or damaged delivery condition.
10. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to courier, cancellation may not be possible and return/refund policy may apply.
