How to use Counterpain Medicated Plaster Cool
Clean and dry the affected area. Do not use lotion, oil or balm underneath the plaster.
Open the pouch, remove one plaster and peel back the smaller section of protective film.
Fix the exposed adhesive to the desired position, then gradually peel away the remaining film while smoothing the plaster onto the skin.
Use on the affected area once or twice daily. Remove gently and stop if the skin becomes uncomfortable.
Fold the pouch opening twice to help protect any unused plasters.
