How to use Counterpain Medicated Plaster Warm
Wash and completely dry the affected skin. Do not apply balm, oil or lotion first.
Remove one plaster and peel off the smaller protective-film section.
Anchor that section over the desired area, then peel away the rest of the film while pressing the plaster smoothly into place.
Use once or twice daily on the affected area. Remove gently, especially from hair-bearing skin.
Protect the remaining plasters by folding the opened pouch edge twice.
